Lidia Medrano

Psychometrist

Lidia Medrano, M.S., is a psychometrist with the Department of Neurosciences at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to her psychometric work as a member of the Study of Latinos-Investigation of Neurocognitive Aging (SOL-INCA) laboratory, she served as a bilingual educational neuropsychologist in the field of school psychology, where she gained experience in the standardized administration of various psychometric measures. Her role with the SOL-INCA laboratory is to ensure accurate data collection of performance by aging Latinos on neurocognitive tests that indicate cognitive decline. Her curiosity for learning how the brain processes the world that surrounds us has been the motivation for her work.
